Mel C has joined the 'Stamp Out Smoking' quit-the-fags campaign in which she says: "I would rather kiss a baboon's butt than kiss a smoker".
The recent revelation that Emma B is a smoker and that former band member Geri Halliwell chain-smokes means that Mel C is the only Spice Girl that does not smoke.
The singer appears in the series of TV and poster ads with an animated character called IR Baboon. The campaign, which is organised by the Roy Castle Cancer Foundation culminates with the Stamp Out Smoking day on June 15th. |
